Exactly he has no problem paying himself $185,000, but not able to uphold his fiduciary duties as CEO to keep this current.

Lack of funds says it all here at ATTD and some of us have been saying it for a while, it is obvious they have no cash to keep this going and have started to pick and choose delivery and now when they can file...lol
