Let ME clarify. If ANYONE wants to fund such an effort I am more than willing to volunteer my time to participate. And continue to avail myself of the message boards to talk about it.
As far as accomplishing anything by posting thoughts on a message board, nothing has been accomplished in any area. People offer their thoughts, ideas, opinions , praise and criticisms. Others may or may not take actions based on such postings. The information about EDIG's long running efforts to mislead investors and portray themselves as something they are not seems to fit right in with the purpose of the board.
Readers look at this information and, should they choose to purchase stock, do so if they have the funds. If they have no funds, they don't. Or if they believe EDIG is what I and others think it is, they don't.
Similarly if someone reads this information and has the funds, they can choose to participate in legal action against eDIG. I am not spending any more of my money but am happy to help in any other way.
BY the way, you didn't comment on the threshold question that much may no longer be actionable but could prove instructive to new readers. Thanks for your interest.
