Asked Eric about the missing EDGAR fillings, this is a part of the mail:

But at the advise of HT, they recommended that we NOT file anything with Edgar until they reconcilled the review report financials with the tax returns, as they did not want to make a "book adjustment" at year end in order to compensate for changes that in all actuality, should have / might have been applied to a specific reporting quarter.

Well don't want to post the rest of it because of some people might start using it wrong ;) LOL ,,, But just wait and see ! I think something big will happen ! HAHAHAHA
