Will the partner/sponsors sue Victory Partners and Bruce Klein?

Is this why Hillenberg appears to have cut the season short?

Is Bruce/VP the reason the Q is late? Wasn't he the broker in the deal and the only one with public company experience? Is this cause for termination?

Alonzo: I'm not sure if the agreement with VP required you to hire Bruce as the COO, but from now on I wouldn't let him know when any news was going to be released and see if the 3rd party promos don't stop.

Also, don't announce any deals ahead of time like you did last month, but only after they close. If VP is in on them and are receiving shares, they have an interest in lowering the price so they can receive more shares in any acquisition.

Maybe Bruce/VP will sell what they can next month and move the heck on. They give rags like "hotstocked.com" the ammo they need to write BS pieces to the unlearned that can't do simple math but can read.
