Did I read that A/S is 500,000,000. If thats the case then take 150,800,000 / 500,000,000 and we get a PPS .306. And the reason the stock is low is because the company is deluting shares at the buy mark, we are probably really close to 500 mil.

Does anyone know who the transfer agent is?
