I believe nothing until it is put down on paper with a nice little signature attached to it.

Please don't misunderstand.

I'm not saying anyone should believe or doubt Mr. Weber.

I'm simply trying to quell those rumors you mentioned, as the backlash when the truth came out (that no buyback is taking place currently) would probably more than offset any potential immediate benefits from said rumors.
