baseball, he makes it sound as if all pinkies are liars. Not all are. A CEO can still go to jail for lying on numbers, pinky or not.

Most Pink CEOs will never give definitive numbers or they will say the product is still being sold, etc. Then when earnings are released, no sales, tons of losses, etc.

The pinky CEOs can't lie about earnings or they go to prison. Some bashers here seem to think because they got burned on some pinky stock with no earnings or anything but billions of shares to sell means they all act that way. I challenge them to show me where we are wrong.
