Even if the 150 mill shelf was approved, the discussion was that it would help us negotiate from a position of strength with a potential suitor (we'll just sell some shares atm-style like we always have to keep operating). Looks like it may be coming to fruition...if the bi-sexual, lesbian lady and her gay partner are right, LOL.
