As an attorney I can't agree that all EDIG's dishonest statements are actionable. Are the ones that took place back in the early 2000's that that believed they were eligible for Nasdaq actionable? I don't think so - time limitations. But i'd love to pursue them. Parker and I spent over $35k of our own money bringing EDIG hospital customers and trials and RFPs; I can't see spending more money of my own regarding this. But If someone wants to organize funding I'm happy to participate. I'd guess $100k would be enough to start.

As for talking about it, this is a stock chat board. That's the purpose of iHub, to express opinions and share facts and observations about our investment.
