I would wait for the actual report to come out instead of repeating what you said months ago about the amended reports you are referring to...... that you didn't bother to read the dates on.

Your BK wishes for CBIS are very far fetched as it is not that hard to authorize more shares.. That goes for any OTC company.

all the people who read that same 10K months ago didn't crash the stock so why should now be any different ? I for one liked the new exhibits and thank the SEC for making CBIS spell out their recent dealings. Things became a lot clearer for me....
