The bad:

1. Seems as if the new ownership is cutting down on PR's and eliminating pointless ones designed at short term jumps.. Soo.. This sucks for the short term with little activity (Gets boring to watch); however, we will have to see how it plays in the long run.

2. Still no word on the DTC Chill.. This one thing alone could drastically increase the trading for this stock.

3. Obviously.. We need to see some revenues & financial statement.

4. How is the company paying bills without a RS? Obviously its good that they have not done this, but surely they must have some incoming revenue.

The good:

1. No Reverse Split... The new owner has kept his word.. That alone is a HUGEEEEE step forward..

2. The stock actually has the potential to climb pretty fast with current accumulation IF they could just release some legit good news.

3. Seems as if they are really producing some decent products; however, I am not for sure the company's focus is really strong.. With the amount of time that has past they should have had time for some really good apps.

4. You can buy right now for .0001.. I really do think (and hope) the new owner will keep his word and avoid a R/S.. For that reason you can buy at the absolute low right now and be patient. I have bought a lot of shares at .0001 and just holding. With stock-piling going up at these low prices if people will hold with some good news, the stock will climb fast even with the number of outstanding shares.

ANALYSIS.. Although in full self-disclosure I own quite a few shares in this stock I would currently give it a C+ rating... Which is MUCH better than the F that a lot of penny-stocks get. If the new CEO could release some positive news and communicate better I think the companies rating can drastically increase.. A LOT of people keep an eye on this stock which means it has the potential to take off VERY quickly
