I can sort of see where they're coming from. Since it fell through the red 2x1 line originating in July of last year that 1x1 from the last recent low was the support. Right now it's held down underneath the 1x1 from that recent low. Maybe .97s??
the government cannot give anything to anyone -- that they have not first taken away from someone else.
