two words 'civil suit' If just ONE person goes to court with a suit against one of these mercury-emitting companies, claiming any sort of health or environmental damages when the technology is available to prevent it... yeah, all those companies would rather wait 3 years and risk an environmental or personal injury lawsuit...

rather than retro-fitting with a relatively inexpensive GTGP licensed product that requires NO shut down and will bring them COMPLIANT with EPA and AVOID ANY POTENTIAL LIABILITY due to damages by contamination.
