JP. "It could happen", its a shell game and we have to find the ball. If looking back is correct the smart money "insider" went to Mpix a long time ago, which at the time made no sense. However, the SEC through a wrench in that plan so the ball never legally moved, thus making redemption a priority.....

Someone said "greed is the motivation" and it might just help for once.
