Your reply presupposes inside information. All you know is that DM has filed previous suits and is "handling litigation" and appeals. Fred had to later back off and admit there are no appeals.

DM has no obligation to publicize any cessation of further action. EDIG does, of course, but they won't.

We will only know whether or not there are further filings. I predict there will not be.
