Like you said a minor thing -- not too concerned in the "censor" type blackouts. The ELM financials are almost duplicates. You can see what the "blacked-out" words of the 2nd set of page 8, from the first set's page 8.

The Nevada Business status has been an issue, don't know why its taken so long to handle; maybe the ELM Tech merger created more hassle and work than previously thought. The status was not revoked due to any violation or infractions. The fee just needs to be paid (I think it's about $6,750.) for their status to be Active.
Croire called the IR earlier this month and asked them the status for this renewal and they stated:
"Nevada Status: This is already being dealt with - Nevada said it takes about 3-4 weeks to clear things up and more information concerning this will be PRed soon."
