IRV...Hey kid...where ya been......I have posted 4 or 5 times relative to my takes on this situation....They were last week and the new facts have not changed my thinking....I still maintain that Tim's club, and it is evident that he has one, is tape recordings. One may be a message left on the answering machine by the govt sec'y when she called IBCL setting up meetings. The other tape may be the one from that little old pocket recorder that Tim had in his vest pocket or the one that Diedre may have tucked in her Victoria Secret.
I have only one comment relative to some of the alleged findings of the S.E.C. and that is Tim sure found a way to pay off some debts with a minimum of share output....slick....and it looks like he is coming out smelling like a rose.....I lied...I have another very significant comment that no one has picked up on as yet. Over the last couple of weeks during the suspension, there were many posters that said the the S.E.C. always comes out on top in these situations and that virtually no companies ever do crap after the suspension. They asked for any one to show evidence to the contrary. I would like to ask of them just how many S.E.C. suspensions have been settled out of the trial process and with so little a penalty. The smoking gun was not held by the S.E.C.....I shall not post my usual disclaimer as I have cleaned up my act somewhat...
