Right, I agree with you on all three points,
It's not something I'm even expecting to happen personally IMO, I am simply responding to other's speculative posts.

Retribution for shareholders will most likely be had by the courts and the SEC's on-the-record objection to the company's Plan of Reorganization here is a HUGE, monumental first step to achieving that...

But after some time here in penny land I've learned not to discount the possibility of anything anymore, seen too many irrational things happen.
