The NNVC risks lay not in its new technology. Most probably NNVC holds a perfect discovery to kill viruses effectively. But where is the danger? I think FDA is the biggest enemy of such innovative solutions. I suspect they will try to kill a small innovative company requesting them to perform never ending and expensive new and unnecessary studies which would require more and more financing. Everyone knows FDA is in big pharma pockets allowing them to poison us at a high cost for treating illneses which are never cured. Well, there is a report saying that FDA can not fulfill its mission (link to this article :

The report found that "the development of medical products based on 'new science' cannot be adequately regulated by the FDA," and that the agency does not have the capacity to carry out risk assessment and analysis. Additionally, the agency's science agenda "lacks coherent structure and vision, as well as effective coordination and prioritization."

I have strong suspicion that it will be a road through hell for NNVC dealing with FDA . Its good they try some research to be done abroad but they should simultaneously start approval process in other countries if their technology is as promising and effective as they state. Anyhow, dealings with FDA would require a huge cash reserves which means stock dilution. I do not see Allan Harris prediction of stock value at $ 100 in 2014. He did not take FDA influence in his account... Hope I am wrong.
