I don't get it. Victory and Penny 123 that are APS sites say new pick coming soon then say there's a delay mentioning that "another" promoter had a terrible pick and so they are choosing another. Delayed? New pick? Other promoter? These people ARE APS so are they trying to blame them? I can read tea leave better!
