Oh Stop. I guess anyone who deals with a POS company who doesnt file with the SEC would understand. SIRG filed a NT10Q on the 15 th. It was not picked up by OTCCB website thus the so called downgrade. Once the OTCBB saw their MISTAKE it was changed. Lets not tell untruths here.
