Yes, the dixie elixirs are currently being sold in dispensaries in Colorado as we speak with expansion into California and a few other states coming soon. Several posters have posted pics of some they have purchased. On september 5th you will be able to buy the drinks online (provided you are a patient :)) Hope that answers your question!
