in china, provided complete financing in place, it takes about 3 months to erect or build a 100sq mtrs strcture. if just renovating, can be less time. but now in china compared to before, the regulations are getting very strict in terms of following the chinese building code standards. it is possible to be complete before the end of the year so we hopes financing all there. just my opinion
