Thats a no brainer.
You have no horse in this race. Go to CGFI site and see if you can find someone to agree with you.
I hope they get there mill up and running then everybody wins. Whats wrong with that?
You have no trust in no one (thats a pretty lonly place) you must have been burnt in the past.
