Actually the "basics" that people need to know lay in the company filings. I see alot being said about risk versus reward, first that is the same with any stock at this level and there will always be risk versus reward. With sirg there is alot of risk even before anybody can consider reward. That ever growing debt with no income or revenue is going to keep increasing that risk as well. IMHO there is a massive A/S increase headed this way to the tune of over 1 billion shares which will make the risk all that much greater, then we all know what happens after an massive A/S increase, DILUTION, and the risk grows even greater. Of course sirg could always continue with toxic financing, ahh but then there comes that risk again. So with sirg it is more a game of pick your poison, massive A/S increase followed by dilution or continually growing toxic funding.
