I do think that someone outside the company would help protect/maximise shareholder value ... and I just think that Peregrine knows exactly what they hold and are in control ...but bottomline they are progressing forward creating shareholder wealth. A BP that may be in talks with them may buckle and give PPHM that "unable to resist offer" but this BP may insist on being given a seat or two on the BOD if they do end up handing over a large sum of money to play ball on Peregrines court.
