Random statement:
the permit was issued in 1984! And remains issued to this day. Spin it anyway you want. Facts speak for themselves. Try finding some.

The fact is the permit in question was shelved in late 2008, placed again into a non active Cease and Desist standing, re-issued in guyer's name in 2008/2009 with the C&D still in effect.
The C&D status will be updated by DRMS shortly and remains C&D to this day.
Now it's up to guyer and crew to finish the job and make the permit for the pow ACTIVE!
