The way I see this, Identa is already bankrupt.
I think we have been sold down river often enough to know the company must financially be in dire straits or why else would Identa need to dilute and dilute and dilute some more. The kits are not selling in near the numbers projected or insinuated! So what have they done, completely overhaul the entire detector line from the ground up as just mentioned in Identa's latest PR. Why didn't Identa have any company(s) clamouring to buy the new product? It's because they are not selling either grasshopper. Limited Information that is the status Identa holds right now so forget about the 2-3 times you have been told IDTA is going to Current Information. Then ask yourself why is the T/A still gagged after minimum of five years running?

It's because someone could have worked out the true debt this company has got itself into. Meanwhile a lot of creative accounting behind closed doors and no one is any the wiser. The only tell tale clues are Identa has not released a meaningful PR in years close on a decade, nor any significant sales. This is why I think IDTA is headed for the inevitable R/S. The bogus PR's that never attained results, the stagnant sales numbers, the endless diatribe from a management with an unerring ulterior motive. IMHO it all adds up to the fact Identa has been broke for quite some time.

I intend to put some serious miles on my lawn chair this weekend so excuse me if I don't get back to you in expedient fashion as the medicine needs time to work it's magic. Probably beers for starters then try some construction with double shot Harvey Wallbangers. Aye paddy a tip o' the creature to yahs all and have a nice weekend!

Do your DD, MHO, YMMV as I'm getting smashed in proper fashion come Hell or high water. Can you blame me what a totally useless PR that was. All it did for me was confirm this retail is just another failed contingency designed to delay the inevitable. I say put a fork in it boys and girls, this CEO is blowing more smoke than usual. Even I didn't think THAT was possible. Cardboard boxes in a mysterious warehouse on a trip to no where...OH PLEASE?
