Bernie spot on...There is not a single broker located in the US that will allow shorting on almost any penny....Especially not a subpenny. Now there are some located outside the US that will allow it, but they are few and far between. Even further it is almost impossible for retail even outside the US to short a subpenny. Not saying that it is not possible to short, but it is almost certainly not retail. All IMHO.
