I think you have misinterpreted what was said in those two links. the reason CAGR does not file is that it deregistered in '09; claiming it satisfied the criteria to do so. It has not bothered to re-register, even though it no longer meets those criteria. (Those criteria include limitations on market cap/net worth AND # of stockholders)

I would hope the SEC is taking a look at the situation. We'll leave it at that.

If the SEC did not, as you claim, require any filing from OTCBB stocks, why then are they revokong so many for failure to file?
