I would not exactly call the other business a "struggling" penny stock Mr. Crouch. Yes the pps is low but it is showing a 1 cent earning per share.

Maybe , mitch is borrowing $ from that venture to fund pcfg. Seems logical.

Anyway,Seems like he is an ambitious canadian... :).
