You have identified yourself as a 'consultant' to Montague Holding (MIHL) with executive connections to Rosni sro. I believe there is a link between Rosni sro and U.S. Oil & Refinery.
ERGO: Rosni sro/Montague/U.S. Oil/MIHL.
Because U.S. Oil etc. would form part of your C.V., then it is very material to anyone doing normal DD.

The whole purpose of asking questions on the board is to receive answers that can be seen by everyone. I see no reason not to share this vital information with all the existing and potential future investors. Failure to do so can raise concerns of non-transparency and I suspect you do not wish this to happen.
