Spot on about what? ASYI have been late in filing their 10Q and K's for over a year now, doesn't take much to know they'll be late again, only thing is this time ASYI will be on the pink sheets for a year with no E. No 8K's have been filed re: this fantasy triangle merger. If there was any truth the that DD you certainly would see more volume trading. Face the facts ASYI is pretty much finished!
