Subject: PhoneGuard website is down..

The PhoneGuard website is down. I am getting information that the company is closing. Why?? This is a great product. The problem is.. No one knows about it, except the disgruntled/exceptionally mad shareholders.
Why are there no commercials? A youtube PSA will not get the word out, even with Justin Bieber as spokesperson. Parents need to see this product. It is a FANTASTIC product and if no one knows about it, there won't be any revenues.
Also, fleet companies and insurance companies.
My concern, I have PhoneGuard and so does my teens. If the doors are closing, will someone else take the company? So, we can still keep PhoneGuard?
