Good work, filings give some validity to what the company is saying. Filings cost money and time. This is going to pop like crazy when it comes together and from the looks of things it is coming together quick!

Key words are that the share structure will remain unchanged. We will probably go over a penny soon. I jumped in USEI at .003 last April right after they PR'd that a merger was done. Nothing but bashers on that board saying it was a scam and it was headed for .0000x, then all of a sudden 2 weeks later when folks are done loading, bunch of newsletters start sending alerts and it flies to over .04 in under a week.

Seems like its setting up for the same thing here. Holding a million shares strong and looking to ride this to atleast a penny. Its already an established company with a low float, just waiting to be noticed.

I know it seems like the world is falling right now but its all going to change very soon. GLTA here, I dont post much but i watch a ton of stocks everyday and wait for the few underrated gems that show great potential, thats the way you gotta trade these otherwise you can just hop on the next supposed APS play bandwagon and watch your money vanish.
