I filed a complaint with the SEC, contacted my lawyer. Do you think a class action could be filed and do you believe if everyone can prove a loss that they could see the money back?

Because we bought on our own i understand that part, but what about manipulating a stock to purposely hurt investors, or to only benefit themselves. They do claim they will huge gains on their stocks, they also claimed that you would get an extra 50% advantage from buying the premium service.
