I would have rather it still said up to 30 days Cytrx. Expeditiously can mean anything depending on your point of view, 2 days , 2 weeks, 6 months who knows. Kind of like that Brent Yonts letter and the imminent funding last summer. I do agree with those who say that if nothing was happening we would be sub penny by now. So all we can do is wait and hope they can get this off the ground and soon.
