Lets recap what we got

DTC CHILL LIFTED - Kudos Val..give the man credit that didnt happen without effort ...we heard rumors of $10k and a lawyer needed to fix dtc issues like this. That money had to come from somewhere.

Store - Occupancy permit issued - BUT store not open yet - looks like some sort of local code - permitting issue "08/09/2012 - THIS IS A REINSPECTION Inspection Resulted at 8/9/2012 3:01:33 PM NEED TO PULL A PERMIT TO SHOW ANY WALLS OR COUNTER SPACE BEING ADDED BEFORE OCCUPANCY CAN BE FINALED" SUCKS should have been completed per announced opening date .

OS 1.9 billion , currently ~1 billion in co coffer - ~975,000,000 out their free trade -Float ....another 6.1 billion AS .

~ 20k a month payments "possibly" on 50% stake of bank in the D.R....this is to be completed in 2012 ..so we have only another 80k to go to complete the purchase at 20k a month. I am no expert but I would say the USDA loan would want to see ownership - equity completed here before they give us a dime...again assumptions on my part ..just trying to put all the pieces together here at play ....Now I found a business ad for a dominican bank for sale about a year ago , family owned , ~ 35 yrs old -dont ask me to find that ad because I cant find it anymore out there on the net ... I think it listed 2.5 million in deposits alone .....the name of the bank wasnt listed in the ad - I guess that might cause depositors to flee if they saw their bank was for partially up for sale ...anyway at 35 yrs old they ought to have some pretty good deposits, other assets under their belt -in place - and obviously they are doing something right if they have been around 35 yrs in the banking industry ...again a theory but looks good and fits the bill .

I am in no way defending Val.....so save those comments please....I am as pixxed off as everybody else here but try to link the pieces of this puzzle together .......
