I understand that you have an issue with US Oil that was incorporated in the State of Pennsylvania in late 2011. This company is not related to the refinery in Tacoma WA. We had never represented to anyone that any relationship exists. We are however, registered as an authorized vendor/purchaser with EP PetroEcuador the Government oil company of the Republic of Ecuador. In addition we hold vendor registration with the United Nations and the US Government as well as holding a D&B number. We market crude oil, petroleum and petroleum byproducts worldwide. This company is part of our EnergyIndustrial Group. We do not at this time own a refinery although we are examining the possibility of purchasing one from either SUNOCO or Philips in the Philadelphia area. We believe our name will reflect the future direction of our company which privately held and in good standing with the State of Pennsylvania. Please note our logo is not at all similar with our namesake from Tacoma. I hope this answered your question which however has no bearing on MIHL.
