The licenses EDIG is capable of getting on the strength of their patents is not high enough to raise the share price other than as a penny pump play. There are plenty of sellers for all the positive PRs EDIG has put out. I would suspect Robert Putnum has sold his off or he is waiting for the next BS PR to finish off his position in my opinion.
