If EDIG sold a "NUNchi" tM license to AT@T simply signing a deal even with no money exchanged initially would certainly be a "material event" requiring an 8k. OR MAYBE...it could be one of those super secret deals with multi billion dollar OEMs we have been expecting for more than 12 years!
