I am new to this board, I am a long time investor of SurgLine.

I have known Toland for many years, and I am here to tell you that the things that are thrown around on this website are damn near criminal. Toland is a leader, and honest. He has always had integrity inspite of the postings on this. I have known him for 25 years.

So for those of you who wish to libel him, the company and this MedNPV company, I think you are way out of bounds.

I had coffee with Toland a few months ago. I asked him how he got the MedNPV deal and how he came up with the JV deal.

He told me that the MedNPV deal was due to an introduction. Networking with another group who sub-leases space in the same suite and that by the very nature of the healthcare related parties they had common goals.

He also told me that he spent countless hours with his law firm structuring a deal that would allow physicians to participate as part of the solution and not an obstacle for lowering costs.

So stop with the fake crap and all of the lies and fantasy. SurgLine is a winner.
