Heres a what if ...what if he finally secured funding but the lender wanted a % of repayment upfront in non restricted shares. Upon news released "hey we got money" stock goes naturally higher - lender gets immediate partial return on investment for their troubles. Thats a big immediate dump in shares for him - not like his normal m.o.........just a hypothetical :).

I am stupid, do not pay attention to me or my posts...do not make buying or selling decisions based on my banter at all ...I am a negative person by nature and at best an amature investor. Hope everybody makes money here.
