Companies on the list don't owe accounting support fees to the PCOAB as of Aug 15, 2012...at a quick glance it appears those on the list have either paid their fees or, in XeChem's case, don't have a market capitalization large enough to be assessed a fee---XeChem's market cap at it's death was about $350K...IMO
