A gift? Another overstated erroneous claim. No way this was a "Gift" to CGFIA, or Mr. Guyer!!
I don't know what constitutes a "gift" in your post's standards, but the AM-03 has been a phenomenal amount of hard work by any reasonable standard, all done by CGFI.
There are no "gifts" when dealing with government agencies. (That happens to be a felony. Is that what your post implies, the DRMS is committing felonies?)
Do gifts come with a required $512 thousand bond by the "giver"??

This is the definition in the English language:
"A gift (or a present) is the transfer of something without the expectation of payment."
Making stuff up does not make it true, no matter how you spin it.
