Roger:

Did you say that you have invested in VLXC since 1999, and your overall average cost is less than $1/share?

I wonder if you could, for the benefit of new comers like me, run through the share history of VLXC for the last six years when you are an investor? Please include all reverse splits.

I only know most of people who bought in since Oct. 2004 are under water. I am down 40% already.

I suspect Matin somehow is using VLXC as an ATM for himself and friends.
