Although I don't know for sure, I think the other 3 payments will likely be similar to the first payment of 15 million common shares, either in value, or shares, based on other similar settlements. Regardless if 60 million shares total, it is minuscule to the outstanding 2.6 billion outstanding shares of the 2.7 billion authorized shares. And will effectively have no impact on the share price directly. HTI was smart to save 100million shares for this, they had it planned from the beginning I feel, and was a smart move.
In my opinion HTI got a GREAT deal and we will see the positive impact of it in the share price.
