Whatever. All I know is, long before KMAG moves up (in OTC status), audited filings will create whatever bounce will come, and by the time the uplisting actually occurs, it'll be so old hat, it won't be anything more than a passing PR.

Institutional buyers largely, don't give a lick what exchange a company trades on. They care about audited filings, and the reason for this is because they have to justify their reason for investing in a company. Audited filings provide justification.
