Here is what I get by the pr-department

Hello xxxx,

Just by looking at the article for which you sent the link, it appears that the issue of the land exchange has become obsolete. We still have an offer to sell the mineral rights of the project. My personal belief is that the groups involved in preservation in the San Louis Valley will continue to work to not allow exploration and development in the area.
