Sawarynski owned 5,425,000. The transaction of 5,263,493 is 3% less than this amount. Sounds an awful lot like Sawarynski's shares less a transaction fee. Haddock is paid well - $250K per year or something like that. It confuses me that the transaction amount says $0, but I think the numbers are too much to be a coincidence. Perhaps the company bought Sawarynski's shares for a cheap price (or got them through legal means at no charge) and gave them to Haddock. If Haddock was able to pull off something like that to take away Sawarynski's shares, I'm glad to give them to him. Haddock will hold until we're on the Nasdaq at $$$ per share. No need to worry about him selling.
